D65 Enterprises, Inc. was formed in 2000 as a Corporation dedicated primarily to the field of Single Family Residential Home Building. A parallel division of D65 is dedicated to the Research, Development, Test, Evaluation and manufacturing of other products related and non-related to the housing industry. Originally formed as Dolphin Construction, Inc. in 1976, a twenty year history of quality home building in the beach cities was established. 

Our Operations

Attention to detail is our forte. Involvement in all aspects of the project from demolition to move-in with a “hands on” and “eyes on” approach at the site. I am “on site” as the supervisor, problem solver and liaison. Information is kept in a tight efficient quick flowing circle between the Owner, Architect, Designer, Contractor and Subcontractors. Meticulous instructions and details are given to the various trades employed. This ensures that problems and errors are kept to a minimum. In addition many of the time delaying and cost increasing aspects will be circumvented as a genuine interest is taken in the minutia and the big picture as it pertains to the final product. Projects are scheduled, sequenced, coordinated and supervised in such a manner as to streamline the project and maximize the effort. A dynamic effort is devoted to the delicate and fluid balance of time, cost and efficiency. Maximum focus is given to each project as we are not distracted by an overloaded schedule. The typically work load is one large project and one consulting project at any given time. Our expertise shines in the complex projects located in the sloping sand lots prevailing in the sand section of the beach communities. Supported upon the pillars of; Quality, Honesty, Integrity, D65 Enterprises is organized and able to act promptly in any effort. D65 is licensed and insured as are all of our subcontractors.

Company Name

D65 Enterprises, Inc. takes its name from the fifth book of the Holy Scriptures/Old Testament, Deuteronomy, chapter 6, verse 5 (through 9)
 
“5 Love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength. 6 These commandments that I give you today are to be upon your hearts. 7 Impress them on your children. Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up. 8 Tie them as symbols on your hands and bind them on your foreheads. 9 Write them on the doorframes of your houses and on your gates.”
 
These verses are a reminder of who we are to serve and the foundation of how we are to live our lives. These verses can also be found enclosed in the Mezuzah.
